The club currently leases two lakes on the Kennington Park complex. The back lake is for members only whilst the front lake is for members and also for those having pre-booked a session with the bailiff. There is a good stock of carp, tench, bream, roach, rudd and perch on both lakes, with the front lake also containing some large pike for the winter months.

For insurance purposes, the front lake is currently limited to 10 tickets per day and although these can be booked in advance by contacting the bailiff, tickets are also issued on the bank.
If you would like to book tickets please contact the Bailiff, Gary Norfolk on 07724 159489 between 7am and 10pm.

Tickets prices are:
Adults - 1 or 2 rods - £6.00
Juniors and concessions - 1 or 2 rods - £3.00

Please note: Night fishing is for Members only on the front and back lakes. Non members are only permitted to day fish the front lake.

Disabled swims
Both the front and back lakes have swims specifically set aside for the disabled angler.

Front Lake - Access to those on the front lake is very easy with both swims being closest to the car park. Access to either swim is straight forward with both of them being at the same height as the bank.

Back Lake - Designated swims on the back lake are numbers 1 & 2. Again, the first swims on arrival at the lake.
Just recently (2005), the swims were dug out, and laid with fresh bark chippings as well as having large concrete plinths buried in the ground to provide a solid footing. Access from the bank is via a specially constructed ramp.

Keepnets - Keepnets can be used on either of the lakes and there are a few simple rules to follow:
- Ensure the net is sunk as low as possible
- No single fish over 3lb is to be kept
- A maximum catchweight of 20lb per net

In warmer weather, the use of keepnets is at the discretion of the bailiff in order to safeguard the health of the fish.

April 2003
The club purchased a further £1572 of stock fish for the back lake consisting of chub, crucian carp and roach.

2004/05
Restocking of fish throughout 2004 and 05 has continued for both lakes along with the successful employment of work parties in order to maintain the banks, swims and vegetation providing a safe fishing environment.

2005/06
Feeding program will continue throughout the season on both lakes.

January 2006
Annual General Meeting - the committee decides on no price increases for day and season tickets for the period 2006/07.

September 2006

Due to an unhealthy increase in the amount of lilypads and various forms of weed on both lakes, action was taken to ensure fishing could continue as much as possible and a weed preventative was introduced to combat the situation. Results of this action should be seen during autumn and winter with all swims hopefully available at the beginning of 2007, in time for the new season. more

February 2007
Both lakes have reacted well to the treatment from last year and all swims are fishing well with some excellent results as shown in the galleries.

May 2007
Work parties throughout the month each Wednesday and Sunday have helped restore swims on both lakes to an excellent condition.
